Had good teammates, they provide regular trainings and 100% job security. The company having weekly events like Wednesday league matches where different indoor games were played with the different departments staff after office hours which doesn’t affect office work but help staff to strength their relationships with their other colleagues and help them to balance their work life and social life as well.

Dislikes

Compensation is as per market standards but growth is very slow. Too much favoritisms involved at the time of annual/half yearly review. Few Managers play dirty politics to safe guard their position and sacrifices hard working staff for their own benefit. Re-hiring of staffing also depends upon your relationship with the hiring team and department preferences are given to their favorite ex-staff only

Nothing There is one Manager Mr.Parvez he is cheating to the management but company till not noticed. For QE manpower supply there is not required any time project manager. Why management keeping him?

Worst company, this company is cheap who crying for 1 riyal. Once demob from site they stop payrole and make you wait for 5-10 for flight just to avoid high ticket fair and make you wait with no pay. Management is worst.

You only need to plan for your next level and not to quarrel with anyone because they will definitely offend you. Good accommodation and sports activities but you got less time for yourself and to use the facilities.

Poor company culture, Poor IMS, Poor ISO 45001. The company Management is the challenge. They don't welcome opinion as long as you are working as general labourer despite your qualification which you always remind them of, They are sentimental..
