At Dufil I enjoy their benefits,although career growth is very poor,but the companies job security is very high,their is no much innovations,the work environment is mildly okay,Politics is somehow peaceful,and my team mates are very cordial.

There is no likes in group....

Dislikes

Engineering people are no technically strong,6 Sigma team is worst employee, for one work they will spend 6 times more money but will not allow good quality material in one go,location is very bad 120 kms away from city where even food stuff not available vehicle are also not available.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
