Lack of Long-Term Projects: The company lacked stability in its operations, with no focus on long-term projects, making job security and professional growth uncertain. 6. Silent Layoffs: Employees, including those on maternity leave, were silently laid off or pressured to relocate to the Gurugram office after their leave, disregarding personal circumstances and commitments.
