1. Toxic Management: The management team fostered a toxic work environment, making it difficult for employees to thrive. 2. Unreasonable Sick Leave Policy: Despite the offer letter stating that sick proof was required only after 3 days of sick leave, employees in the India office were asked to provide proof even for a single day of sick leave. 3. Egoistic Leadership: The CEO displayed unprofessional behaviour, including firing an employee on their first day for being 15 minutes late, which created a fear-driven work culture. 4. Strict Timings: Employees working from the Gurugram office faced excessively strict timing policies, leading to unnecessary stress and rigidity. 5. Lack of Long-Term Projects: The company lacked stability in its operations, with no focus on long-term projects, making job security and professional growth uncertain. 6. Silent Layoffs: Employees, including those on maternity leave, were silently laid off or pressured to relocate to the Gurugram office after their leave, disregarding personal circumstances and commitments.

Pathetic Company Culture. They treat employees as servants and they say it on the face “ You are our servant and once employee leaves the company due to toxic culture . They name shame the employees

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
