Due to the small team sizes in every project, the responsibility is high on everyone that affects the work-life balance, Career growth is limited if someone is interested in keeping steps updated with the market.

Likes

Good work culture. Higher management is cooperative. Flexible timings. The company is open to innovation and there are good programs like Hatch-a-Thon for innovation and new ideas.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Likes

Company policies are employee centric and there is a great sense of job security. Lots of things are changing at a very rapid pace which is providing many learning opportunities. Company recently started providing free medical cover for parents as well which is a good initiative in times like this.

Dislikes

Suddenly many of the key people in upper management are moving out, lot of shuffling is happening which may or may not be good. Compensation is way below market due to which company is struggling to hire or retain talent in product teams. E.g company pays more than $100k for a profile in US but will not pay more than 1.5m for a similar role in India. Aim is to bring in cheapest possible labor which is directly impacting the quality of work. Not sure whether it's done by the local team to improve their KRA or there is a pressure from top. Morale seems to be very low at the moment, lowest I have seen in my few years here, but surprisingly no real actions are taken to improve it (no - yoga/mindfulness sessions will not help).

-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

Dislikes

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.
