Compensation is good but growth is slow. Little bit difficult to manage work life balance as majority times there are meetings in the evening time and sometimes late night.

The compensation policy should be improved, there should be package range decided for each designation and with promotion one should get at least starting package of promoted designation.

-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.

Dislikes

Career growth opportunities are very limited and not much change to profile in projects. Salary will increase but level will remain the same for many years and sometime your juniors get promotion because they are lucky to get some good roles. One can get promotion every 2 years because he/she is very close to leadership and one cannot get promotion for 10 years because he/she is stuck in one role and one project and leadership think he is in his/her comfort zone.
