-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

Dislikes

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.

Compensation and benefits are best in industry. You work with best talent as colleagues. Company policies are very employee friendly. Work life balance.

Dislikes

Career growth opportunities are very limited and not much change to profile in projects. Salary will increase but level will remain the same for many years and sometime your juniors get promotion because they are lucky to get some good roles. One can get promotion every 2 years because he/she is very close to leadership and one cannot get promotion for 10 years because he/she is stuck in one role and one project and leadership think he is in his/her comfort zone.

...Policies are more employee friendly. Help employee to make work life balance. Employee compensation and appraisals are also appreciable, which motivate employees to give there best. They have good pipelines of projects and have good clients. Employees feel there jobs are secured here, so they consider this company for long run as their career goal.

Some managers/Seniors are still bit reserved and sometime doesn't respect the juniors, they try to show bossism which causes frustration, sometime they cause a big issue for the matter which actually seems to be too minor.
