Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Treating locals and other nationalities differently. Increments and benefits for locals but not for other nationalities. 12 hour shifts with transport and all reaches up to 14 hours which is terrible to handle.

Working at Dubai Airport is a dream for many job aspirants in Dubai. Dubai Duty Free is one of the best place to work, it's a matter of pride working at DDF, the atmosphere, on job trainings and events held by DDF are class. అలా. Alhamdulillah i had very good experience at DDF, I would love to work again for DDF.
