...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is alot of politics, salary is decent but growth is is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I like about this company’s management is towards the selection of projects and the strategy for making company worth and further more to make it as a leading in the city.

Dislikes

Attention towards their employees performance and well being is pretty low or I can say failure. Even people are working hard but not receiving beneficial appraisals.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
