Nothing, just that you might get a little more knowledge about few things involved in social media marketing.

...abour. The seniors here except for 1-2 are extremely rude, bossy and dominating. They don’t pay your salary on time you will get your salary for a half month of when it should be credited. The owner is very rude. If you will ask for reimbursement you won’t get it for 1 months or more.

- Worst boss, I have ever worked with or come across. She is impatient, arrogant and selfish. - People here only know how to dump work on others. - The agency doesn't do any creative task, they only assign you tedious, repetitive task. - They make you work like robots. - Not place to learn and grow, they will only hire you for their donkey work and trust me you will feel that once you joined. - Don't believe the founder's sugary words. As a friend I would request you that don't ever join in this agency, worst place to work, I repeat worst place to work. Also, you want to learn and grow this ain't the place for you my dear, there more good agencies out there and trust me there are so don't waste your time on this agency. Before joining please go through these reviews seriously, as we are sharing this from our experience and we don't want you to face same problems that we suffered.

The only good thing about working here was SOME of the colleagues. Keyword: Some. The second perk is the hybrid mode.

It is a terrible place to work at. The managers are highly undertrained, they only care about their individual growth and pleasing the founder, they do not know how to work as a team. It is a usual practice by the senior team to throw the juniors under the bus to save themselves. The work-life balance here does not exist. They treat work like a do or die situation. The founder has a tendency to get verbally aggressive quite frequently when mistakes are made. Employees during notice period are exploited like crazy. The senior-junior work allotment is HIGHLY unfair. The juniors do 99% of the work while the seniors do 1%. There is very little room for creativity, the brands are very rigid and do not want to explore more dynamics where they can grow. The existing team is buried knee deep in work but they refuse to hire new people to take over. There is no promotion cycle maintained, you need to go ask for an increment and promotion yourself, after which you will be given excuses about your performance and all faults will be brought up and your promotion will be delayed. People are working at the same position since over a year. Very very limited scope for growth. The founder is very manipulative. I would highly ask you to reconsider your decision to join if you’ve been offered a role.

This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. Their interview process is extremely disorganized, and the HR team is quite rude, especially the team leader. The founder lacks basic manners and didn't even bother with introductions on my first day. There was no formal team introduction either. While a few team members are kind, others are very rude. The company follows a hire-and-fire policy. I strongly advise thinking twice before joining this company.
