1. the founder is passively toxic 2. sweet & buttery on a face value until her work gets done, once work is gotten out of you, you will be treated like nothing 3. not clear on most of the things - will ask employees for a validation for decisions that should be taken by a founder! 4. habitual of forgetting things leading to blaming the other person at work 5. busier than the PM of the country - too difficult to get hold of even for work - never receives calls, in fact declines even in case of emergencies & will expect you to receive her calls instantly 6. terms giving training as "waste of time" - is a biggest red flag as a company 7. employee on notice period are treated pathetically 8. salary delay is a casual norm in dspr 9. hire-fire policy 10. boutique agency since 13 years! in the market with no vision to grow, working only on goals, leading to burnouts 11. the employees (at least the HR) are called below the founder's residence to work from during WFH days...Read More

- Worst boss, I have ever worked with or come across. She is impatient, arrogant and selfish. - People here only know how to dump work on others. - The agency doesn't do any creative task, they only assign you tedious, repetitive task. - They make you work like robots. - Not place to learn and grow, they will only hire you for their donkey work and trust me you will feel that once you joined. - Don't believe the founder's sugary words. As a friend I would request you that don't ever join in this agency, worst place to work, I repeat worst place to work. Also, you want to learn and grow this ain't the place for you my dear, there more good agencies out there and trust me there are so don't waste your time on this agency.
