DSM has a very friendly environment and gives a lot of space for learning. Perks and other benefits are provided.

Worst part is the management, the company's culture is simply spoiled by unskilled managers inside the team, no professional ethics followed. Otherwise this company is a good place to work.

No proper training always very hassle on work, miss management no proper SOP, they put always pressure on you to work on multiple projects from the day one, during interview they told will hire you for the particular project and once hired other hepatic project will aligned with you which never inform you during interview which is very bad on employ prospective, other things are good in DSM

Dislikes

No Training work pressure, missmangment no proper project SOP, always ask new joiner to make own sop, stretch in working hour and during work time they always put associate busy in multiple meetings without reason.

DSM India has only short term plan high layoff without any prior information, skill get change no future prospect, high discrimination between European and Indians
