I got a lot to learn there but there is no career or future there.

Dislikes

Salary is low, appraisal is not done on time, management is not good, lot of time issues. Specially for girls they are made to work till 8 in the night, no overtime is given even if they work for more than 12 hours Or no incentive for extra work

Salary is very bad in this company. There is no future for anyone. They will not increasing salary not even give you any leaves for urgent work. And one of the most important thing management is very worst. If u complete the traget or do extra work still they dont care they just see their benifits. And when they dont need u they will force u too resgin from the company by xyz reason. So i just want to tell everyone dont work here future nahi hai koi is company me waste of time.🤨

Kuch bhi acha ni h yaha 14bghante kaaam krate h salary 8K dete hai or ager chuti Lelo to probin sidha nikal deta hai chahe wo amergency chutti ho

All staff and seniors are very good and well behavior . Seniors are very kind and supportive nature, specially HR Mam and LAP TL Mr. Kripa shankar sir. Company policy is also good. Everytime shouting at employees ...no time management,no one cares about employment...they didn't care how girl reach home after office timing between 8 to 9 pm .. they only care for their profits

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
