...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yeasrs before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Only salary given on time. And nothing is good now.

No job security in this company. And If you working in NER (Assam) with this company then your job is not secured because of Bosses. If unfortunately your 1month target is not completed for some valid reasons then Bosses are says "you should resign your post or you will be terminated And you will be terminated in such a way that you will never be able to work in any other company". Earlier this company was very good but now such bosses have joined this company that they don't even know how to work properly. They just threaten to terminate you on every small thing, apart from this they don't know anything. Because of this the sales are already very low but if you don't understand your employees and make them feel that they are in a safe place then the sales will get worse

I like the delhi campus of ds group.

This is a jhola chap company…here you will not get your expence for 3 months..you have to feed your family and doing travel with your baisc salary..and if you resign, you will not get your final settlement amount…they will not going to pay you…they will make you mentally disturb..and i am still suffering..dont go for this company..they will not pay your own hard earn salary..

Only salary received timely, no any other advantages in this company.

Management system is very poor, no one solves any single issue which are faced by sales team in market and company, no any changes according to latest culture in market, expenses not received timely that is why every team member have to face many financial problems, in single line I say only that company is very good but management system is very poor

if your manager is supportive and manageable they you can work in DS Group else choose this company wisely.

Dislikes

Organization want to adopt culture of MNC but in the ground level they are not willing to pay market average compensation but they want all the work like MNC. Although HO people are getting fantastic compensation.
