communication from top management is often dismissive or condescending . There is a culture of blame and divide and rule. That create a fear of mistrust and fear. No job security and no1 is stable except sales team.

partial behavior of directors . Lot of stakeholders No exposure for technical team same products from past many yrs and no innovation Research & application is lead by non technical director so nothing can be created.
