1. Good company culture as compared with other service based companies. 2. If you are coming from a service based company background, you will like working in Druva. 3. Breakfast and evening snacks. 4. In-house pantry and other snacking options. 5. Decent hike if you negotiate well.

There is nothing to be disliked in Druva, the only thing you have to be on Druva payroll avoid being on contract by other company but overall Druva culture and work style is very good

work-life balance takes a hit some places still have large monolithic services, which can be regressive compared to industry salary is not on par with the industry when compared with similar talent in other companies or even competing companies (Rubrik, Cohesity) The promotion process in the initial years is quite slow, and you may lag behind your peers in other companies in terms of pay/level. Some teams are toxic and promote very unhealthy levels of wlb.

Good Quality development work, ok perks.

Dislikes

Cheap level politics from management and new comers, directors in phoenix. You can get fired any time just by saying performance issue. No Job security. To get promoted you need to have strong qualities of buttering up with manager/director. Join only when you have nothing else then Druva and continue with you preparation.
