Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Does not deserve single star. Pathetic company. I dont have any single positive thing comes in my mind about this company.

Dislikes

Worst company. They always blame their juniors for all the bad things happened with the projects and all the credit goes to their so called manager cum Team lead cum HR. They also deduct the juniors salary if project will be paused. Never spoil your career here.
