Good Environment .nice Training. Mentors are good and we really liked them if you want to join here , its good to be there .

Dislikes

Not so good pay, timing is not fixed so I was dissappointed with it, really loved the ambience but distance from my home was very large so couldnt reach on time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

- Helpful Team Members - Everyone respects Weekends - Scope to grow - Promotions to those who deserved it

- Strange Working Hours at times (Which was not really company's fault. We had to work with members in India & USA)

Good engineering talent. Supportive co-workers.

Dislikes

- Be extremely wary of joining this company if you are evaluating a job offer. A signifcant number of people were laid off towards the end of 2022, leaving them high and dry. - Callous attitude towards both customers and employees. - No work-life balance. - Inexperienced and naive engineering leaders. - Super-high attrition - both voluntary and involuntary (layoffs).

No policy, No work-life balance. The Management expects you to take a cut on your pay to join their Organisation. They think they are Google. A good example of a bad management.
