Company is one of the best in terms of culture and pay structure. Founders are exceptionally understanding and approachable. They are working in a niche domain but are going strong. It is one of the most open work place I have been.

no Appraisals and the management does a lot of partiality and treats everyone differently most people don't come to office hence there is no culture at all . no perks !. no work life balance and no appreciation for the hard work done too

This workplace has the feel of a startup. The work culture is different from big MNC's. People are friendly and helpful. Roles and responsibilities are assigned based on skills and are mentored by people.

Dislikes

If compensation would have been more it would be the best.

... and fun filled activities. Great learning and scope to get hands on experience.On time salary and no dress code to be followed. play time and parties.

Senior should change their attitude. Treat all equal when it comes to work. Need to eliminate few people who degrade the reputation of dream orbit

Old employees are a problem for new joiners as they will get support from managers to stop your growth and take all good opportunities away from you. If you want to grow and get senior positions, this is not the place for you.
