Sorry to say, there is nothing you would love being an employee. Few of the faculty members were sometime cooperative.

Almost everything. The management never think for you. They are rude. They bargain for salary. Often salary get delayed. Very limited chance for incentives. Very poor growth chance. Worst job security.

... is transparent. There is a huge canteen, hostel and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Sticking to same salary of 15k-17k average throughout and no payment of Grade Pay or other benefits as per AICTE norms. Only somehow, the basic pay of 15.6k is given which results in lack of enthusiasm among faculties.

colleagues are good but all have to stay there in a fearful system

They are many dislikes ,the list is big,the director is a worthless daemonic nature person, no job security ,every year they hire a lot of person ,every year they fire a lot of person.The Director enjoy infusing fear psychosis among employees.He is a completely mad and lunatic person. He boast of himself as a doctorate but he is basically basically a low quality person who do not treat students and employees humanitarian ways.
