Drager is a Medical devices Manufacturing company, vasai East, Deodal Village, Work life is great , About salery I'm working there as a helper Im working as daily requirement CNC machine , Packaging department , cutting machine , Store and Quality Help . But there salery not sufficient. For my family fulfill basic needs. But dragers working environment is EXCELLENT, totally friendly environment.

In Drager India Pvt Ltd Job security is nothing 6 months contract. Salery not sufficient. For Helper and Packaging in production area.

Likes

HR policies are employee friendly but in service sector the worst is at it's peak. They are just against the hr policy to implement.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. 24/7 commitment. Draeger is ok overally but Draeger service is at its worst.

Every one is supportive especially my seniors, cool n relaxed with my work as I love to handle all new task come to me, thanks to Drager for this opportunity to show my talent
