Not good for long approach some official is cheap minded, engineer trated as labour

Dislikes

Lead person is not good, they are support to non technical engineers who are working since long..No appreciation... No management... Don't go in DRA.. Entry is easy but exit is very tough

No job security, office culture is very disgusting, work environment is very poor, seniors plays politics with juniors , poor salary and appraisal based on how good you are with boss .. performance doesn't matter for them. You can not balance your work-life there. Very poor management. Not recommended.
