Salary is too low , only this is the reason to dislike , salary is not more than a ward boy , except india everywhere in the world value of a laboratory technologiest is better , laboratory technologiest is the back bone of medical science but no one respect only use them, one day india will free from laboratory technologiest and all the work will finish by only doctors.

If you have done MBA don't join this If this company give you offer reject this because at a time of joining they said every background is preffer but reality is only science background candidate can do this job and in this company work culture is very bad because Phelebo can promote to ASM and they have no knowledge.

One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

Only salary part I like this company but Thare is no any difference between local lab and dr lal path lab both companies are same giving salary on time but no any other benefits

I heard working culture of Dr lal is good but today scenario is changed, because I worked 1 year in Dr lal I saw thare is politics in management no one will help you in system
