...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.compnany policies are good, appraisal are Fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond Of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given joinees

Only salary part I like this company but Thare is no any difference between local lab and dr lal path lab both companies are same giving salary on time but no any other benefits

I heard working culture of Dr lal is good but today scenario is changed, because I worked 1 year in Dr lal I saw thare is politics in management no one will help you in system

One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

1. Candidate can have time to grow or learn. 2. Candidate can discuss everything according to its flexibility 3. Balanced way to work.

1. Totally lobby behind everything. 2. Salary is less. 3. Promotion & appraisal is pathetic .

Overall the company is very stable as well as the job there's a lot of learnings on the daily basis and people here are very supportive

Salary is low promotions time is hell long increment is less no work life balance
