... my village for urgent work for one month after came back not given me my salry. And they are saying after one month extra work then give my salary so. My request to you change there system. My 9 month experience totally forgot about that one time

...re only 4 weekoff in a month nothing else. You've to do all days in 5th weekoff. Salary deduction without any reason. No PL, No PF, No any benefit. Worst shift schedule. Worst company policies. Not a single person is supportive. Everything is worst. No salary hike or bonus. Only politics.

...iom they are totaly fraud please remove from office for future company growth The compney is veer bad because the compney is not given propry salary on time & they are trminate agents for persnal fight' the se.. superviser & the manager is not good for proses ' he is asking about money for comision ' So over all experinnce is not good Please do not go thear for job because they are totaley fraud Thanks

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

what i like most about working at Dr.ITM Limited as a Data Analyst is the opportunity to work with diverse and complex datasets the challenge me to think critically and innovate. The company fosters a culture of continuous learning .which allows me to regularly update and expand my skills , whether through internal training scions or by encouraging us to pursue external certifications Additionally, the collaborative environment at Dr.ITM Limited is something i greatly appreciate . The team is supportive and values the input of each member ,which makes working here not only productive but also rewarding .I particularly enjoy how the company emphasizes data driven decision making enabling me to see the direct impact of my work on the organization ;'s growth and success

While I generally enjoy working at Dr.ITM Limited ,there are a few challengers I have encountered One area I think could be improved is the frequency of cross -departmental collaboration. As a Data Analyst ,I believe that more opportunities to work closely with other departments could lead to even better data -driven insights and decision-making across the company. Another aspect is the pace of adopting new technologies. While the company is forward-thinking , sometimes the implementation of the latest tools and methodologies can be slower than i had like. As someone who is eager to stay on the cutting edge of data analysis , I would appreciate a faster adoption of innovative solutions. That said,I view these challenges as opportunities for growth
