Nothing is good here. Working here is like work under a dictator. Shift timings not 9 to 5 it's 8 am to 7 pm and they will pay only 2000 per month if you do overtime for 1 hr each day it is fixed by them.

Dislikes

Everything. At the time of joining they said we increase your salary every year by 10% but after four years of time I was wasted there I don't get any increment even they hire new people same as my salary and they are freshers don't even experience in this field. Pathetic management run by Dr pradeep Suri and his father. I worked even late nights in covid time but they did not understand the value of an employee they are just counting their money and goes to home.

No security for female staff. Nobody takes stand for female safety including seniors staff and Dr Suri's also. Dr Suri lab is very insecure for female. Dr suri's behave is very rude for me when I was giving resign for my safety.
