Not compensated decently, we can take work pressure but without salary revisions we cannot take it.. Though job security is there but Growth is sluggish...

I love to work with Dr. Sayani's Health Care Pvt Ltd. The work culture and the office ambiance is good. I learned global business marketing here. Management always support the staff and i have an option of expressing my ideas to the management.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
