...tive, sometimes not and the management is transparent.company policies are good.Appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics at the time of appraisals, and who impress the manager or section head that person get high rating. Total year working person get low rating.

Healthy work environment with team and monthly training's on safety and cGMP also role based training's ,no politics, respect for individual based on work performance increment rating ,travelling facilities also available,overall good environment in Dr Reddys.

I am not dislike Dr Reddys ,I need to growth my carrier and salary wise and position wise and i have to interested to learning something from other companies also.that is the reason only.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.
