Salary and appraisals are on time. Learning and growth opportunities are available in company and it depends on the group where are you working. Regulatory, Portfolio management, supply chain, imjectable are cream departments. All other not good for growth and future perspective.

Dislikes

No job security. Dont know why they are hirong and firing peoples. What is company vision and why peole are working no one knows here. No performance evaluation by department head or delivery head. Perception based and third person information based evaluation. Few Department head has kept/hire few informer for this purpose. Few of the heads are dont know basic about science but pretending to be great leaders. Worst culture. Lot of polytics outsides vs south indian. Old people not able to absorb the new peoples and keep doing polytics with new peoples.

...don’t know . World unsafe job location is Dr Reddys. There should be no reason . They on will give increments and suddenly tell you have high salary terminating you .

Work Life balance is good but must be improved. Work Environment is Okish. Appraisals are transparent.

...ication between CFT must improve and also respect to CFT must be improved a lot. Salary hikes must be improved. Ineffective timeline are proposed every time. (Out of realty timeline are proposed and unnecessary pressure is placed on individuals)

Really it's nice place to work across pharma company in terms of work culture, work satisfaction,learning,innovation and training. Company policy also good like work from home, Working hour flexibility, 5days working etc.

Dislikes

I don't like here appraisal system, Management not thinking about those people are hard working and performing well with less salary. At same designation there is so much salary differences. In some cases team member getting more salary as compare to manager.
