The same applies to Dr Reddy's lab. In addition, the company has amazing work culture where colleagues are extremely humble and have respect for each other. The company cares about it's employees and one can definitely feel it in every day Life. And yes, work life balance is a unsaid fact here.

Good work environment and culture.teamates are supportive and tye management is transaprent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics.salary decent but carrer growth is slow.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.
