The company atmosphere is good for new joiners. There is definitely lot to learn.

The salaries, salary hikes are not upto the mark. Internal politics is a major concern. Every process is the burden of user itself. No proper work distribution, no defined processes, poor food quality, poor holiday policies.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies ara good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lott of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.
