Really Dr Reddys labs Ltd is a very good house for working. I am working with Dr Reddy labs Ltd since 2011. I am always enjoyed my work. So this is really a good company for working and for career growth.

I think package and other allowances should be improved.

Uppar management culture is good, but at the ground level very heavy adjustment, you have to invest your money to achieve compny target. This is the real situation of all devision but in delhi Recura Gem devision is in pathetic condition. If you don't know buttering you can not get pramotion.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.
