The same applies to Dr Reddy's lab. In addition, the company has amazing work culture where colleagues are extremely humble and have respect for each other. The company cares about it's employees and one can definitely feel it in every day Life. And yes, work life balance is a unsaid fact here.

...tive, sometimes not and the management is transparent.company policies are good.Appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics at the time of appraisals, and who impress the manager or section head that person get high rating. Total year working person get low rating.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.some times,l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.and some times there is no week offs.
