In recent years, the pharma industry has started appreciating the value of a management student. So I feel it's a good time to join to get good quality works as well as to expect good promotions too. The same applies to Dr Reddy's lab. In addition, the company has amazing work culture where colleagues are extremely humble and have respect for each other. The company cares about it's employees and one can definitely feel it in every day Life. And yes, work life balance is a unsaid fact here.

Salary on right time. Corporate level culture and principle.

Dislikes

Politics at local level for appraisal and growth is very high, HR only sees what your L+1 shows without giving any chance to you too evaluate. If your L+1 is involved in politics no one is there to see it.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.

Salary and appraisals are on time. Learning and growth opportunities are available in company and it depends on the group where are you working. Regulatory, Portfolio management, supply chain, imjectable are cream departments. All other not good for growth and future perspective.

No job security. Dont know why they are hirong and firing peoples. What is company vision and why peole are working no one knows here. No performance evaluation by department head or delivery head. Perception based and third person information based evaluation. Few Department head has kept/hire few informer for this purpose. Few of the heads are dont know basic about science but pretending to be great leaders. Worst culture. Lot of polytics outsides vs south indian. Old people not able to absorb the new peoples and keep doing polytics with new peoples.
