It is a terrible college not respect for teachers treatment is like slave, do not focused on student centric approach, the management of this college is paralyzed, the principal is also confused and unable to handle the situations, there are so many teachers there who are non-eligible, not qualified NET exam but for the sake of saving money the management recruiting all of those because they demand very low salary. The salary is not good. Overall it is neither good for working nor studying. Worst college, Paralyzed management, Dumb principal.

The management, do not focus on student centric approach, only focuses on fee collection, charges for random money on students , always starving for money, non eligible teacher and all.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
