...ere are instances where it may extend to 2 years before an appraisal is granted. Those who work hard and those who aren’t performing well receive the same increment in salary, which doesn’t seem fair. This company does not value its employees.

HR behaviour with employees is very bad, also insufficient appraisal in salary Inspite of asking the HR several time never got a positive feedback from her. Organization has not issued any service letter like, (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Salary certificates) till date in one and a half years of my emloyement, Issuance of service letter is not optional for the organization. It is an essential thing for an employee for his career. It is unprofessional to do so in the context of service letter. The organization is running management courses and such unprofessional working is definitely not good for the organization. Thank you

Dislikes

HR is worst,moody and irresponsible. Least interested in employees. Speaks in a rude way.No proper appraisals nor any SOP's in the organization. Higher authority does not care about employees concerns. Only politics and favoritism. Only the favorite employees will be considered who gain sympathy.
