Many thing like growth and appraisal. Management say its coming but they also don't know when. From 14 month appraisals is on the way from past 8 month just postponed the day by saying next month..

Team mates are good,training is poor, job secure, career growth stable,salary & appraisal depends upon performance & managements sole decisions, inside company business-travelling is free, Politics by inspats as usual , it's learning friendly -will get more time to learn & work environment is Good due toGood people & prestigious and more respectful customers dr.cafe has in Saudi Arabia , company is innovative and always bring in innovative products and idea's by top management. Work life balance is poor due to supporting managers poor knowledge and experience.

Mainly I found inside training center is very poor , they are making sole decisions regarding candidates Career , and it effects team members entire career, appraisal etc etc.And even management is following hotseat methods. They do any extent for any candidates once they found team members are potential to prove and grow. So they are not broad-minded. But, Company setted-- standards are good,and environment is Good. I can say it's under control of only few people who want & decided to stick in their position permanently. so they handling theirs well & wish. Ultimately , being Dr.cafe coffee is a setted--great business standards and philosophy & good reputed company in Saudi by chairman -- The business will fall in place ultimately & finally figures are achieved. So it's running smoothly.
