Company owner involvement in business is very limited. Trustworthy managers does not know their jobs. Need to improve on management strategies.

Mainly I found inside training center is very poor , they are making sole decisions regarding candidates Career , and it effects team members entire career, appraisal etc etc.And even management is following hotseat methods. They do any extent for any candidates once they found team members are potential to prove and grow. So they are not broad-minded. But, Company setted-- standards are good,and environment is Good. I can say it's under control of only few people who want & decided to stick in their position permanently. so they handling theirs well & wish. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
