Mainly I found inside training center is very poor , they are making sole decisions regarding candidates Career , and it effects team members entire career, appraisal etc etc.And even management is following hotseat methods. They do any extent for any candidates once they found team members are potential to prove and grow. So they are not broad-minded. But, Company setted-- standards are good,and environment is Good. I can say it's under control of only few people who want & decided to stick in their position permanently. so they handling theirs well & wish.
