First they will give you commitment during joining that you may join with the X package and we will increase your package after six months or during appraisal. During appraisal you will get Baba Ji Ka thullu. Never fall with these fake promises.

Nothing is to be liked here. The management and this company is highly unprofessional, long hours of working without any appreciation, people working on low salaries and they treat all employees badly with lots of non transparency going around.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
