The employer won't pay you the first month salary and while asking about that they will ask the employee to transfer some money to their account through UPI mentioning some financial problems with them and will promise to return it back along with the salary. Simultaneously they will force you to finish their tasks. After completing the task, they will never return the money paid by the employee and also don't pay the salary.
