Things are: 1. Salary on-time

Dislikes

They will pay you well however they would compensate each penny from you: 1. Poor product training. 2. Unethical selling practices advised by team leaders - Stealing leads from another consultant - Giving wrong commitments to the merchant - Biased behaviourism - Practically not helping with the pitch but delivering theoretically quotes. 4. Launching product without testing. 5. No improvement in the product even after giving the suggestion. 6. More focused on sales than services. 7. No upward communication. 8. Management is run by some people who don't want to interact with their subordinates and totally rely on team leaders and the team leaders show biased behaviours. 9. No HR interaction with the team. There are lots of other things which I would like to write about here however I am choosing not to.

Dislikes

If you are planning to leave do take the incentives and salary at first then drop the paper all of sudden because if your carry and show case your professional manner then you won't get the incentives you may get the salary after several follow ups that's even by deduction if you are on 3rd party payroll.

Salary on time, very few good colleague.

Dislikes

Everything is a dislike here- 1. Don't think to join them. They are wasting money of the investors. 2. CTO has no idea what should be done in his position, only wrong are taken by him, his only focus is to build up new products and features,no matter how bad are the conditions of the existing ones. 3. No inter-team communications are done properly, no coordination among teams. Though the working days are monday to friday, but infinite production issues come and you have to resolve them on sat, sun too. 4. Some seniors expect that you work in the midnight and will call you around 12 in the midnight. 5. QAs don't know about the product. 6. They even hire interns saying they will be made full-time, and remove them in the last month. Anyone thinking to join them as intern, just DO NOT.

Team Lead has no experience. He is an arrogant, unexperienced, immature guy with little knowledge of the domain. He has few puppets at his service, whom he favors, and discriminate with others. Overall, not a good experience. Also, Saturday is not a holiday and no hybrid model. It sometimes gives feeling as if we're labors. No fix timetable, rotational shifts (discrimination here too). Even had to work on national holidays. So, It is a messed up department.

Salary on time. Interesting industry Good people to work with

Dislikes

Management not clear about the future vision. No job security. Sudden change of job role irrespective of what discussed in interview. Multiple and frequent changes in work strategies resulting in hassles and haywire situations and confusions. Post sales services must be improved immediately. Market reviews doesn't hold importance for the company. Only selling is been prioritized but post sales services are neglected. Wrongfully forcing employees to switch departments, otherwise asked to leave.
