Mandatory WFO 12 days per month. Though a product company, salaries and hikes are less like serviced based company. Most of the Team Leads/Lead engineers doesn't have good skills and survive by depending on lower or mid band resources. Promotions and appraisals are based on experience and favoritism instead of skills and work done.
