Indian staffs are treated not more than a paid supervisors irrespective of their designation. Korean managers have all the decision making authority

please refer the above ratings on the organization, you wont get any chance to grow in the organization, its completely korean based company, they recruit Indians on project base, and you have to work a per there guidelines, no skill development, no growth, Job culture worst, In internal politics best in India, most of the Indians doing corruption, No control, no standards.
