Cons: You won't be allowed to do any extra for your personal growth. 2. You will be always monitored by the Korean people and they always force you to do their way it doesn't matter whether it is wrong or not

Some Korean behaviour not good, but it's depends on you how deal with them. Same type of work can't upgrade yourself

please refer the above ratings on the organization, you wont get any chance to grow in the organization, its completely korean based company, they recruit Indians on project base, and you have to work a per there guidelines, no skill development, no growth, Job culture worst, In internal politics best in India, most of the Indians doing corruption, No control, no standards.
