They never respect their resources, when project is over, they never try to put on other projects or another skill development. They just THROW YOU OUT in a very tough situation, make you job less.

Nothing, I like there. Senior management should have more attention on what's going on in projects. If managers treat employees as sla ves nobody will accept with that. Bad thing senior management never asked what happened to employee.

They are thinking like managers are doing great things and company earning because of them. They are in that illustration. They are managing only, should have respect to employees.

Poor work life balance, poor appraisal even for good rating. They expect everyone to over work and need to support on weekends. They are more into the client's convenience rather employees.

Never try to join Donyati.everything what they say to employees is false and they every time try to cheat. no value for employees mostly they use employees like tissue paper (use and throgh). The worst environment to work.

Our company is 3 years old startup, lockdown didn't affect our growth. Top level management has called us during lockdown to check each employee health status and had transparent interaction where the company stands during this crisis.
