There is nothing to be liked here expect salary. Your life will become hell, no time for yourself.Just running all day. You have to leave as early as 6-7 am in the morning and there is no fixed timing of returning home. Sometimes it is at 2' o clock at night. There is no value of your life here. You can't get leave here easily as work force here is very less. If someone is on leave it is like other guy who is on work , will live life like hell.

Worst culture in Indore region. You will not have time to do breakfast and lunch even. Your senior doesn't care for your lunch and breakfast also. If you are non Marathi joining in Indore branch you have no value because you are not Marathi. No support from seniors. Senior use tel chatai model for non Marathi. All spy are there to make you down. I had seen the review and took it lightly please don't take lightly if you can learn from other mistake otherwise you are fool as I was. Don't come in the trap of salary benefits. Nothing is going to change everything will remain same you join you face. You will face nas pite, kobra , kand ,* awar

Heavy work load. Poor response from local branch. Managers are treating employees like servants, not employees. Whatever be your profile, you might have done different types of work from courier boy to administrative. On paper you will get a lot of facilities from the management, ultimately it will be decided by the line manager, overall the line manager will make you feel that he is everything to you, if you want to stay with the organization and if you are willing to accept his all conditions you are okay and safe and Even if you go against the small order, you will start threatening branch wise that your future is not safe. This is the bitter truth about branch wise Domino Printech work culture. The rest you will be known self while working..

...in the company for 7 years I think this company is good for a career in future . metting in salary time and getting a bonus In diwali and most important peovidone fund lives in company so this company is good for future and career and saif.... Indore Line manager Prashant Pawar is psycho if you have talked against him then you are gone. Beware of Indore work order manager Saurav Kandalkar he will talk sweet sweet and will use you as a shield. Work life balance is completely zero you are supposed to do only domino work not other family related work. Call pressure is terrible you will regret once you join domino as due to high call pressure you won't be getting time to do breakfast and lunch. Chance of accident is high as due to continuous call from reporting manager you aill be in high mental pressure while driving. avoid joining domino.
