Worst culture in Indore region. You will not have time to do breakfast and lunch even. Your senior doesn't care for your lunch and breakfast also. If you are non Marathi joining in Indore branch you have no value because you are not Marathi. No support from seniors. Senior use tel chatai model for non Marathi. The head of the department’s and zonal officers of services are terrible.One Mr.Premkumar in South zone Kerala region is egoistic and selfish person.He just work only for getting commission only.If we had approached the client, convince them regarding the product and services and made out effort to buy them, at last stage he will appear and report to company as his efforts and the management will appreciate him for this handwork and we are will be there as just useless. Didn’t get the expense on time.only permitted travelling km in bike or car is 60km after that we need to use public transportation.If we use public transportation we cannot complete the work on time so as part of customer satisfaction we travel on bike to complete the work on time and convert it to travelling as public transportation.It creates a huge loss from our side....Read More
