Heavy work load. Poor response from local branch. Managers are treating employees like servants, not employees. Whatever be your profile, you might have done different types of work from courier boy to administrative. On paper you will get a lot of facilities from the management, ultimately it will be decided by the line manager, overall the line manager will make you feel that he is everything to you, if you want to stay with the organization and if you are willing to accept his all conditions you are okay and safe and Even if you go against the small order, you will start threatening branch wise that your future is not safe. It is totally waste of career and life ,no chance of career growth...comapny hire in engineer profile but takes work of technician and labour no skill development 99% tour hire for field work at some territery and start to work for all over india.. During job left all pending and final settlement money not paid. Pls do not think for Domino job...other wise you will spoil your life.

Nothing is there to be like...just work as labour and nothing any useful for career.
