Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

more then 6 month salary pending all of employee, 24 X 7 working , no relax, medical facility very poor, food is not good, their is no HR Management for Indians. on the final payment at india they are deducted the amount form total balance salary.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent, also growth is slow, work pressure is too much, I have to work 14-18 hours in a day. Seniors do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
